A deposit of £50 is taken to secure your appointment time and is non-refundable. However, this will be deducted from the balance once you have rescheduled your appointment. Please note that we require 48 hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Clients that arrive late (20 minutes or more) may have to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited, as permanent make-up cannot be rushed.
